Founded as The Disc Institute® by Dr. Joseph Mannella (retired), The Nerve & Disc Institute is a unique clinic focused exclusively on the treatment of serious spinal disc conditions such as herniated discs, sciatica, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, and nerve-related conditions like peripheral neuropathy. With three Michigan treatment centers in Clinton Township, Farmington Hills, and Grand Blanc, The Nerve & Disc Institute is owned by Dr. Solomon Cogan, with orthopedic surgeon Dr. Michael Donahue serving as Medical Director.
